Pricing
The board is free. The AI layer is the paid part.
That is the whole model, and it is the only part that has been decided. There is no price on this page because there is no price yet — and quoting one the product cannot honour would be worse than saying so.

What is free
Everything the product does today.
Not a trial, not a limited allowance, not a stripped-back edition. The board as it ships is free to use, and this is the list.
The board
free- Projects, and organizations as the boundary around them
- The six-stage pipeline, delivery phases and the Blocked flag
- Tasks with specs, comments, links, labels, estimates and attachments
- The activity trail, attributing every change to the person or agent that made it
- Project HQ documents, with version history
- The design-review loop, with feedback pinned to a point on a screen
- The full /api/v1 REST surface and its OpenAPI document
- The MCP server and its 15 tools
- Service accounts and scoped API tokens
- Unlimited projects, tasks and members — no seat count, no usage cap
The AI layer
not built yetWhat ships today is the ground an agent stands on: identity, scope, attribution and an API worth calling. The intelligence is the agent you bring — there is no model inside PhaseBoard.
- Nothing in the product charges anyone. There is no billing, no stored payment method and no metering — not disabled, absent.
- When there is a price, it will be on this page before it is on anyone’s invoice.
Not decided
What we cannot tell you yet.
A pricing page that fills these gaps with plausible-sounding answers is guessing at your expense. Here is the honest state of it.
- Which AI features are in it. The shape is clear — agent-assisted planning and execution on top of the board — the contents are not.
- What it costs, and how it is measured. Per person, per agent, per run: undecided.
- When it arrives. There is no date, and inventing one would be the easiest way to lose the trust this page is trying to earn.
The one commitment worth making now is the shape: the board stays free, the paid tier is additive, and you will be told what it costs before it costs anything.
Getting access
There is nothing to buy — there is a waitlist.
PhaseBoard is self-hosted and in private preview. Accounts are granted by the operator; there is no self-serve signup and no checkout to reach.
Ask for access below and you will be told when it opens. Joining creates no account, signs you in to nothing, and commits you to nothing.

Why say all this instead of showing a table?
Because the people this product is built for check. A tidy three-column plan grid would look more finished and mean less — and the first conversation after signing up would start with an apology. The tidy version can wait until there is something true to put in it.
